The Mgr, Group Technology Product, will lead the development of new consumer-facing products within our enterprise organization. This role is instrumental in shaping the product vision, driving alignment across executive stakeholders, and partnering closely with engineering leadership to deliver high-impact solutions that meet both user and business needs.

Strategic Leadership & Vision
Serves as the Business Owner for assigned components of the HomeServices Technology Platform, with specific focus on the overall vision for how these components drive success for the organization. Act as a key interface between product development and executive leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. Focus on leading practices in the real estate industry and related fields to understand how we are positioned in the market and in relation to our competition and work with our executives and vendor partners to develop strategies to establish and maintain a competitive edge for our companies.
Product Management & Development
Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive insights. Develops, maintains, and ensures execution of the product roadmap for the assigned product vertical. Create product requirements documentation, write user stories. Own the product backlog and lead Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization. Develop, measure, and analyze product performance and adoption; identify and execute improvement opportunities. Plan and drive the execution of roadmap enhancements to improve user engagement.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
Build strong relationships across business units to gather input, align priorities, and drive adoption. Interacts with business leaders across HSoA and our companies to solicit feedback, understand strategic opportunities for solution growth, and work with our vendor partners to plan, execute, and measure success of platform enhancements. Interacts with key vendor partners/stakeholders to help prioritize roadmap, product enhancements and address any product concerns, assisting with escalations as needed.
User-Centered Innovation
Champion the voice of the customer through qualitative and quantitative research. Define and track success metrics to evaluate product performance and inform iteration.
Team Leadership & People Management
Supervise and mentor Product Managers and UX Designers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with, mentor and provide product leadership to other members of the product management team, leveraging experience and expertise to improve the entire product portfolio. Perform administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the department, including employee safety, selection and development of employees, pay administration, budget administration, employee performance appraisals, counseling and motivation.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain and communicate project timelines and progress reports to executives, key stakeholders, companies, and internal team members to ensure all project deliverables are completed on-time and within scope.
Performance Expectations Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management. Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners. Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development. Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities. Qualifications
Education:
MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy and product leadership. Experience:
Minimum of 10 years' product management experience with a strong track record in consumer product development. 3+ years supervisory/management experience. Experience in matrixed organizations and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms. Experience with Google Material Design. Strong background in driving successful products in the real estate industry. Exceptional focus on user-centered design methods and user experience design. Unique balance of disciplined analytical thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on. Real estate domain experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching products in enterprise environments. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent teamwork skills, communication skills and the ability to interact and influence across diverse groups of technical and non-technical people at all levels. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize workload to ensure successful completion of projects.
Wage:
$165,000 - $190,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
