Educational requirements:
High school diploma or GED; and 1 to 3 years of experience in quality or equivalent.

Primary job responsibility:
Inspection of products per customer specifications and drawings.
Essential functions of
position
: Inspect parts using laser micrometers, pin gages, ring gages, rulers, vision systems, and other applicable inspection gages. Perform on-line start-up, in-process, and final inspections of extruded products to determine conformance to defined specifications. Identify and document non-conformances to defined specifications. Apply and follow ANSI and C = 0 sampling plans. Interpret technical drawings, symbols, and specifications. Preparation and completion of Quality documentation. Adherence to GDP guidelines. Other duties as necessary to support on-time delivery and department daily operations
