The Director of Information Technology is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term technology strategy while overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of existing systems. This executive-level role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT infrastructure, including computer systems and networks. Candidates must have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of technical education, certifications, and relevant experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the roles At least 7+ years of experience in a senior-level Information Technology leadership role Strong understanding of business operations with a specialized focus on Information Technology. Possesses advanced knowledge of core business principles and their application within a technology-driven organization. Experienced in computer operations, programming, and systems design. Main responsibilities include: Daily Operations:
Supervise and support team members in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. Strategic Planning:
Optimize resource allocation and control costs while ensuring high-quality output. Objective Setting:
Define departmental goals and desired outcomes to align with company priorities. Leadership & Motivation:
Inspire and lead staff by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and a strong focus on customer service. Organizational Design:
Structure workflows and roles for maximum efficiency, establishing clear responsibilities and communication channels. Performance Management:
