Manager of Revenue Strategy & Analytics
is responsible for developing strategic and analytical solutions to drive business outcomes across AMBSE. This role involves managing key initiatives related to lead generation, retention, and fan intelligence reporting. The position reports to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Analytics and manages the Fan Data & Revenue Insights Analyst, working with stakeholders across AMBSE. Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute analytics strategies to increase revenue and support business goals Identify opportunities, prioritize analyses, and communicate recommendations Analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making Integrate predictive analytics and BI tools into workflows Implement data-backed solutions across sales and marketing funnels Develop expertise in AMBSE’s BI environment, including data ETL and queries Create and manage dashboards in PowerBI Innovate in fan data capture and trend identification Manage multiple priority initiatives and lead cross-organizational projects Lead meetings and represent the department’s approach Perform ad hoc analyses as needed Manage workload and development of analysts Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required 3+ years in analytical strategy roles, such as management consulting or corporate analytics Experience in professional sports or entertainment preferred Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills Proficient in Excel, SQL, data visualization, and dashboard management Experience with statistical modeling and data mining preferred Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting executive presentations Teamwork and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, organization, and time management Leadership experience in project management and team management preferred Ability to work with ambiguous data and draw insights Self-starter with minimal oversight Professionalism and trust-building skills Additional Information
