Role Description This is a hybrid role for a PeopleSoft Consultant for Virginia/DC location. The PeopleSoft Consultant will be responsible for the effective design, deployment and testing of PeopleSoft applications. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical and functional consulting, performing application maintenance, testing & validation and ensuring patches, bundles, and updates are properly implemented. Additionally, the consultant will be involved in support, and analysis, as well as end-user training and workshops. Qualifications Technical & Functional Consulting, Full life-cycle Implementation of PeopleSoft applications Application Maintenance, including patches, bundles, and tax/regulatory updates Strong skills in PeopleSoft and/or Oracle technologies (HCM/Payroll, ERP/Treasury) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Relevant certifications are a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Seniority level
