Recruiter

LHH is seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, to join our client's team. This is a temp-to-hire position located onsite in Vernon, CA. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to post job ads and source candidates Conduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment screenings Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress Qualifications: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry Proven track record of successful placements and meeting hiring quotas Strong skills in MS Office and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and as part of a team Seniority level
