$60,000 - $65,000 Were partnering with a leading global freight forwarder to find an experienced and detail-oriented Air Export Coordinator to join their Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-paced, international logistics environment where precision, compliance, and customer service are key. What Youll Be Doing: Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from start to finish Prepare and process export documentation in line with regulations and client requirements Book cargo with airlines and ensure proper routing Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of freight Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and keep clients updated throughout the export process Ensure compliance with TSA, AES, and international trade regulations What Were Looking For: 13+ years of experience in air export operations within freight forwarding Strong knowledge of export documentation and airfreight processes Familiarity with systems like Cargowise or similar TMS platforms Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented office environment Why Apply?
