Exempt Summary Supervises and coordinates activities of the Career Services Programs to ensure the implementation of a high-quality program that meets all applicable requirements and contract goals. Directly supervises designated program and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assigns caseloads and related duties. Coordinates activities of staff in providing employment and case management services to assist program participants in obtaining gainful employment. Ensures all contractual requirements are met, including maintaining accurate documentation for participant tracking, reporting, milestone achievement, and billing. Submits accurate billing monthly. Coordinates activities to meet enrollment and milestone goals for program sustainability. Develops and reviews training curriculum regularly to keep training programs current and competitive. Develops external relationships with community resources and training providers. Counsels participants individually or in groups, providing case management and support services as needed. Supervises all program staff, assisting with operational and training issues, and meeting program goals. Reviews client case records, conducts audits, and evaluates staff performance. Provides training for new employees and ongoing staff development. Participates in developing and implementing agency policies. Represents the agency in community and interagency activities, maintaining partnerships to facilitate service provision. Prepares reports for the agency and funders, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. Handles difficult participants tactfully and effectively. Responsible for compliance with accessibility reports, outcome management, satisfaction surveys, and accreditation standards. Monitors budget within guidelines. Provides leadership and ensures team collaboration. Supports agency initiatives and communicates professionally with stakeholders. Supports self-determination concepts for consumers. Works safely, adhering to all safety policies and maintaining client confidentiality. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises program staff, overseeing hiring, training, performance appraisal, and compliance with policies and laws. Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2-4 years management experience, preferably in community service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Supervisory experience preferred. Human Services experience with immigrant communities is a plus. Skills Ability to interpret technical documents, respond to inquiries, present information effectively, and solve practical problems. Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle required. Physical Demands & Work Environment Includes typical office and community work, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and exposure to outside weather conditions.
