Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct an in-depth analysis of current operational processes within Client Operations, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Map current state (as-is) and design future state (to-be) processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices. Help develop and implement solutions that automate manual tasks, standardize workflows, and improve data accuracy. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams (Professional Services & Delivery, Support, Business Operations, Engineering, and Sales) to gather and document business requirements for new tools, systems, or process enhancements. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications. Work with technical teams to design and implement robust and scalable solutions. Project Management & Implementation: Lead and participate in business transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify further opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key operational metrics and provide actionable insights. Change Management & Adoption: Support change management efforts by communicating changes effectively, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Act as a subject matter expert for new processes and systems, providing ongoing support and guidance to the team.
