Communications Senior Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Communications Senior Product Manager with a background in email, SMS, RCS, Chat, Contact Center, and Push channels, ideally within the Fintech industry. **Position Details:** Pay Rate Range: $110 - $115 Per Hour on W2 Location: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week), candidates must reside within 50 miles of Charlotte NC, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Evansville IN, or Irving TX Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm As the Communications Senior Product Manager at OneMain Financial, you will drive the vision, roadmap, services, and infrastructure for the company's communications platform, focusing on external messaging to Prospects and Customers. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Operations teams to manage product enhancements related to SMS, RCS, and Chat technologies. Your responsibilities include documenting backlogs, submitting technical requirements, and deploying RCS as a messaging platform. Utilizing tools like Adobe Campaign, SINCH, Chat-layer, and Contact Pro, you will work with stakeholders to prioritize configuration and capability enhancements. Key channels include SMS & RCS text (one-way and two-way), web-chat, and push notifications across mobile and web platforms. **Qualifications:** 5+ years of experience, with at least 1-2 years as a product manager, preferably with communications experience in email, SMS, RCS, Chat, Contact Center, and Push channels. Strong collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Interest in technical challenges and working on platform tools and services.
