The Role: A Business Process Consultant (BPC) in ServiceNow's Expert Services Team will consult with customers, guiding them in translating business requirements into configuration solutions within ServiceNow's core business services, including HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, Employee Service Management, and Finance & Supply Chain solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the process expert for HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, and Finance/Supply Chain departments, focusing on configuration best practices to drive business outcomes. Facilitate process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders. Lead design workshops on ServiceNow platform functionalities. Support customer process owners in gathering requirements and documenting them. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies, managing their lifecycle from draft to completion. Guide customers through testing phases and support internal testing efforts. Participate in project teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Prepare customer-facing process documentation and deliverables. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices. Assist in sales activities and provide training to team members and partners. Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs. Qualifications: At least 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, or Finance/Supply Chain operations/technology. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and relevant Solution-Specific Certifications are preferred. Experience in influencing and consulting within HR, Legal, or Finance functions, providing strategic solutions. Proficiency in defining and deploying future-state processes and implementing technology solutions. Strong understanding of related systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, UltiPro, Infor, etc. Experience in translating business requirements into configuration using Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proficiency in Visio, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service/support technologies. Ability to analyze and recommend strategies aligned with business priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
