Job Description The Business Process Consultant (BPC) for ServiceNow is a functional and process expert within the ServiceNow Expert Services Team. You will engage with customers to transition business requirements into configuration requirements for ServiceNow Core Business Services Products, including HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace/Facility Service Delivery, Employee Service Management, and Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, aiming to accelerate and achieve customer business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the process expert for HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, and/or Finance/Supply Chain departments, focusing on configuration over customization to drive business outcomes. Define, re-engineer, and analyze current and future-state processes during workshops with stakeholders. Lead customers in leveraging standard ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes. Facilitate design workshops on ServiceNow platform and solution functionalities. Support process owners in documenting requirements and creating business requirement workbooks. Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and support review and approval processes. Advocate for customer needs throughout engagements. Assist in internal testing and support customer UAT phases. Participate as a key member of project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Prepare customer-facing process deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Promote continuous improvement practices. Support sales activities as needed. Provide training and mentorship to team members and partners. Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs. Qualifications At least 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, or Finance/Supply Chain operations/technology. Preferably certified in ServiceNow (e.g., CSA, Solution-specific certifications) and other relevant accreditations such as HR Suite, Legal Service Delivery, or Workplace Service Delivery. Proven ability to influence and consult with stakeholders, providing options with pros, cons, and risks. Experience in defining and deploying future-state processes and solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective. Strong understanding of HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities, and Finance/Supply Chain systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience converting business requirements into configuration requirements supporting Agile development. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (Proficiency in Visio, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service/support technologies. Ability to analyze and recommend strategies aligned with business priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude, capable of working with diverse cultures.
