Temp-to-Hire

What you will do: Oversee the daily operations and management of properties. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations and policies. Maintain high occupancy levels by marketing properties and screening prospective tenants. Prepare and enforce lease agreements, including rent collection and managing delinquent accounts. Handle tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and responding to requests. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and ensuring units are ready for occupancy. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met. Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality work. Develop and implement property budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare financial reports. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests. Supervise and manage property staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Coordinate and support resident events and community-building activities. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other service providers. Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed and address any potential hazards promptly. Prepare reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and management review. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field. Strong knowledge of housing regulations, lease agreements, and property management best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Certification in property management (e.g., CAM, CPM) is a plus. Associates with Adecco enjoy some great benefits:

$26.44 to $35.00 per hour
