Job Title: Site Property Manager
Location: El Cerrito, San Diego
Duration: Through December 2025 (Potential to become permanent)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a compassionate and experienced Temporary Property Manager to oversee a permanent supportive housing site in El Cerrito, San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with tenants experiencing mental health challenges and understands the unique needs of supportive housing communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance coordination and unit inspections
Maintain positive, respectful relationships with tenants, staff, and service providers
Enforce lease agreements and support housing stability for all residents
Collect rent and manage tenant accounts in accordance with program guidelines
Respond to tenant concerns and de-escalate conflict when necessary
Ensure compliance with local housing regulations, HUD standards, and program policies
Work collaboratively with case managers and mental health professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and property records
Qualifications:
Experience in property management, preferably within permanent supportive housing
Understanding of trauma-informed care and supportive housing models
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm PST

Compensation: $28.00- $34.00 per hour DOE
This is a temporary position through December 2025, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and organizational needs.

$28.00 to $34.00 per hour
