IT Operations & End User Support Consultant
to assist with consistent onboarding of new employees and provide reliable Tier I and II support for both Mac and Windows environments. The consultant will troubleshoot issues related to Office 365, Zoom, Okta, and other productivity tools. This role offers a refreshing, tight-knit culture with minimal politics and a collaborative atmosphere. Required Technical Skills & Experience: Tier I and II end-user support experience Confident supporting both Mac and Windows users Ability to troubleshoot Office 365 and video platforms (Zoom preferred) High emotional intelligence (EQ); personable and empathetic with end users Preferred Technical Skills & Experience: Okta user administration Exposure to InTune and/or JAMF Prior experience in a biotech environment Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks: Execute onboarding tasks for new employees Provide Tier I and II support for Mac and Windows devices Troubleshoot Zoom and Office 365 issues Administer Okta user accounts Manage tickets using FreshService Support implementation of Secure Access REQUIRED Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
