DMI, LLC is seeking an

AWS Connect Developer and Tester

to join us. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AWS Connect processes, including new or modified applications, forms, workflows, policies, actions, access controls, interfaces, and other configurations to support client processes. Provide recommendations to enhance existing operations and suggest updates or modifications. Support and improve existing processes based on new requirements or upgrades. Facilitate requirements gathering, review, and documentation. Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment. Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience working within large enterprise frameworks. At least 7 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platform. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect. At least 3 years of experience using Node.js, Python, or Java for development. At least 3 years of experience in designing call routing and messaging. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Skills That Will Help You Succeed: Strong AWS Cloud and AWS Connect development experience. Extensive knowledge of IVR, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Skill-Based Routing, and Live Chat. Experience creating process flow documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Requirements:

Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance. Citizenship Requirement:
