3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Accounts Payable Accountant We are currently seeking candidates for an Accounts Payable Accountant at a global asset management company in Boston, MA, 02116. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting/accounts payable experience in a corporate environment. This is a temporary role (6+ months) with an opportunity to become permanent. It offers up to $38.00 per hour (based on experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week. Responsibilities: Full cycle Accounts Payable Post cash payments Code and process invoices Reconcile accounts payable accounts Reconcile bank accounts General Ledger entries Travel and expense tracking Assist with month-end closing Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, accounting concentration preferred 1-3 years of accounting/accounts payable experience in a corporate environment Proficient in MS Excel and Word Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to send their updated resume in Word format to:
