is seeking a

Social Worker Supervisor

to oversee Transportation Aides, Parent Aides & Visitation Coordinators while providing support to children and families when abuse, neglect, and exploitation has occurred.

Social Worker Supervisor example of duties include, but are not limited

to:

Train Support & Oversee the Performance of 5 full-time employees including Human Service Aides, Parent Aides, and Visitation Coordinator Coordinate and ensure vehicle maintenance, vehicle schedule, and car seat compliance Act as liaison between CFS and Eligibility Department on Foster Care Cases Attend Leadership/Supervisory meetings and participate in interviews Maintain part-time foster care caseload and case management duties of children that need protection To succeed in the position,

you should have a passion for serving others and a desire to make a positive impact. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively and have demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse populations. You will need to have a strong understanding of program policies and laws. You will also need to be comfortable working with all types of software and database applications, with a willingness to learn new technology programs and have attention to detail.

To be considered for this position , you must have a bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Human Development, Education, Human Services, Child Development and Family Sciences, Human Resource Management (human service track) or Criminal Justice, plus 3 years of child welfare work experience as a professional case manager or child protective services worker.

A master's degree in one of the areas above may substitute for one year of the professional work experience requirement.

Valid driver's license is required as some travel may be necessary.
