Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Integration & Planning Support

Our direct client a large R&D focused global pharma company is seeking to hire for the role of Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Integration & Planning Support. Contract Duration: 9 months plusLocation: Cambridge, MA / 100% Remote & non-local candidates okay. We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong solutioning skills to support a cross-functional regulatory initiative involving Veeva RIM, GRAB (data lake), and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will help bridge business and IT, gather and define requirements, and support design of the future-state architecture and intake workflows. Key Skills & Capabilities needed: Experience in pharmaceutical regulatory environments Strong background as a Business Analyst with some solution architecture awareness Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (Mediva, RIM, Regulatory modules preferred) Familiarity with data lakes/hubs (e.g. Snowflake, Azure Data Lake) Comfortable mapping data flows across systems and collaborating with technical teams Skilled in writing user stories, process flows, and business rules Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills Able to identify and help resolve system or process gaps Scope of Work: Gather requirements from business teams for submission planning/prioritization Define integration logic across systems and dashboards Align Veeva RIM functionality with future-state planning needs Support design, data governance, and intake process improvements Document data elements, flows, and system interactions Support the build out, deployment and go-live efforts for the initiativeBenefits:We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: [Pay Rate]: $75/HR- $85/HR W2 Note: Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.
