Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities Comply with cybersecurity standards, corporate governance, industry standards, and internal best practices to minimize software risks and eliminate vulnerabilities. Utilize the latest source code control methodologies to maintain an organized and well-documented code base. Develop enterprise-level data reporting and management solutions. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to support internal and customer-focused requirements. Plan and deliver timely solutions in a hybrid development environment. Lead system architecture, software design, and security reviews. Create system and subsystem software documentation. Provide mentorship and training to engineers and interns. Demonstrate expertise in electromechanical and automation systems. Consult on the concept, design, and implementation of hardware solutions to meet testing requirements. Provide operational feasibility feedback to manufacturing teams. Expert in TestStand Experience in LabVIEW 5-7 years of experience in software development Proficiency in SQL Server Strong skills in C++ and .NET Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in developing software solutions for electromechanical and automation systems Ability to lead and conduct security reviews Strong documentation skills for system and subsystem software The work environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, centered around the automotive industry.
