Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter

We are growing and looking for for a Full Desk Recruiter to join our Finance and Accounting practice. Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system a plus. A Day in The Life: Leverage online recruiting resources and our in-house database to identify and recruit the very best candidates Build a virtual bench of candidates with the skill sets and experience necessary to assist our clients Manage candidate and client relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term connections Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements Prescreen candidates by telephone or in-person by using behavioral based interviewing methodologies and targeted questioning Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about our client companies and job descriptions. Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates. Prepare candidates for interviewing with client companies and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, their business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting. Organize, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates. Reviews the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted. Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. Negotiate compensation packages when necessary Seniority level
