As our Executive Communications Manager, you'll lead live events for affluent families across the nation, host podcasts, create engaging content, and ensure every message aligns with our high standards. Supported by marketing and PR, you'll drive enrollment and build trust by advocating for improved education.

Take charge of public visibility and engage families through decision-making processes, supporting enrollment teams and shaping impactful messaging. Be the catalyst for change in education, and the reason families choose us.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead impactful in-person events to persuade discerning families to choose 2 Hour Learning. Represent 2HL on podcasts, blogs, videos, media appearances, and at conferences. Engage across the funnel, from generating interest to refining follow-up, ensuring quality and credibility. Transform MAP scores, SAT data, and student outcomes into compelling narratives. Review and elevate all public content to meet high-net-worth audiences' standards. Align internal and external teams to a rigorous and unapologetic standard.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Promoting traditional private schools with a technological edge. Soften messages to ease parental concerns. Allowing marketing materials or events to fall below standards. Running digital ads, pursuing cold leads, or handling backend enrollment operations. Acting as a school administrator or curriculum planner.

Executive Communications Manager Key Responsibilities

Elevate 2 Hour Learning's public presence, ensuring every story and interaction sets a high standard, driving enrollment and demand.

Basic Requirements

Based in the U.S. with a strong understanding of the education sector and a clear vision for improvement. Over 5 years in persuasive, public-facing roles like founder, media host, speaker, or strategic sales leader. Proven influence on high-net-worth or executive-level audiences. Ability to maintain tone, standards, and quality, even with internal teams. Versatility to engage across stages, beyond content creation or presentation. Personal commitment to elevating student and school achievements. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid or in-person setting as needed. Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice-to-have Requirements

Background in high-end education, media, or advocacy. Understanding of gifted/talented, mastery, or accelerated learning models.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
