Member Development Executive The Member Development Executive plays a key role in both growing and retaining our guest community for our Builder Innovator Summit along with our free Builder Innovator Advantage information services. Our growing community is comprised of executives in top single-family homebuilding companies, residential integrators, and multifamily property developers and operators. This position is responsible for recruiting new members, strengthening engagement with existing members, and promoting the overall value of Builder Innovator involvement. The Executive builds and maintains strong relationships within the builder community to foster long-term connections and engagement. Membership Recruitment ·Research companies within our qualified account universe for pain points and likely solutions we have to offer in advance of your outreach. ·Proactively recruit new members by identifying business needs and conducting outreach through phone calls, emails, social media outlets and utilizing recruitment lists ·Use account-based sales techniques and digital sales science to prospect intelligently and effectively and win deep dive meetings. ·Conduct expert deep dive discovery and solution presentation meetings via video conference. ·Develop and present compelling proposals for individual and team attendance. ·Negotiate and close registrations and engagements with our industry relations success team and tap additional info, expert advice and contact with the vendor companies in our community. ·Communicate client needs and requirements to customer success for activation handoffs. ·Actively participate in local networking groups and professional associations to cultivate connections and promote community membership. ·Enter and maintain accurate membership data in the company CRM database, including contact information, and communications history. Member Relations & Retention ·Develop and maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage engagement, involvement, and long-term retention. ·Communicate the value of Builder Innovator through interactions via phone, email, Zoom, and on-site meetings during summits. ·Track and follow up on deliverables and touchpoints to ensure members are maximizing their investment. ·Work with customer success members to ensure Innovator Action Planning success. Event Support & Member Engagement ·Support event logistics to maximize attendance, engagement, and community involvement. ·Identify and cultivate referral opportunities and new partnerships. Qualifications: •1+ years of previous membership developing or sales experience required and a deep commitment to smart, customer-centric selling, B2B experience preferred. •Excellent verbal communication and professional phone skills are required. Must be professional during in-person meetings and email communications. •Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher), Google Docs, and Adobe. •Available to commute to Boston Office.Hybrid role: Mon-Wed in office, Thurs-Fri remote. •Compensation rage $55-65K, salary based on experience Interested in what we do?
