Responsibilities: • Lead functional configuration and support of JD Edwards World A7.3 modules: Financials, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Procurement • Collaborate with ecommerce teams to ensure alignment and data integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and B2C workflows) • Analyze business requirements; translate into functional specifications, data mappings, and integration documents • Define integration strategies using API, EDI, and ad-hoc methods for external partners and internal tools • Configure software settings to meet evolving business needs, in partnership with technical teams • Lead or co-lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), user testing, and training sessions • Serve as ERP subject matter expert in agile, waterfall, or hybrid project settings • Partner with project managers to track milestones, manage deliverables, and provide input into status reporting and planning • Support the development of testing scripts, training guides, and end-user documentation • Recommend enhancements that improve system scalability, reporting, or automation • Collaborate with technical teams on ERP data architecture, including query design, data warehouse alignment, and SQL-based reporting • Ensure effective communication across all levels of stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and vendor partners • Work on multiple parallel projects using the IMS project management methodology • Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI or automation to ERP workflows, integrations, and reporting-enhancing accuracy, speed, and decision support across business functions.
