fund the future . With a fast-growing portfolio and aggressive vision, we’re seeking a powerhouse professional to help
amplify our reach, accelerate capital deployment, and unlock serious opportunities. The Role We are hiring a
Managing Director
with a
strong existing network
in venture capital, private equity, family offices, or institutional capital. You’ll be responsible for originating high-quality deals, expanding our capital ecosystem, and most importantly —
closing . This is not a role for someone who “can learn” — we’re looking for someone who’s
already in the room , who knows the players, and who thrives in a fast-moving, deal-driven environment. What You’ll Do Leverage your
existing relationships
to bring capital, LPs, co-investors, and strategic partners to the fund Source, vet, and negotiate
deal flow opportunities
in target verticals (Web3, AI, deep tech, PE rollups, etc.) Manage and grow your own pipeline of inbound and outbound capital/investment opportunities Work closely with the GP and executive team to shape fund strategy and syndication Represent Kronus Ventures in meetings, conferences, and private deal rooms Drive
fundraising efforts
from HNWIs, institutions, and family offices where applicable Maintain a high close rate and strong follow-through on every conversation Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years in
venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategic fundraising A
strong Rolodex
of founders, investors, family offices, deal syndicates, or capital allocators Proven experience in
closing
— not just pitching Strategic thinker with an eye for high-potential startups or assets Confident communicator and natural connector Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently Experience structuring terms, leading diligence, and managing investment processes Bonus Points For Experience in Web3, AI, fintech, or alternative asset markets LP relations or experience raising for early-stage VC/PE funds M&A experience or institutional buy-side background Personal track record of investments or exits What We Offer Competitive compensation + upside potential through carry or deal-based incentives A seat at the table with a high-performance team and fast-scaling fund Flexibility and autonomy to lead, grow, and own your pipeline Direct influence on fund trajectory and long-term impact Seniority level
