The program offers behavioral and mental health assessments, interventions, medication, and psychiatric support. Participants include children, youth, families, Care Coordinators, Behavior Counselors, school personnel, and other service providers.
Role: Behavior Counselor – Wrap Connections
Responsibilities:
Support behavior strategies and provide direct behavioral interventions to participants and caregivers.
Work in residences or community settings, document services, and collaborate with other professionals.
Implement Wraparound philosophy, focusing on strengths-based, family-centered, and culturally responsive interventions.
Schedule:
Full Time, Mon-Fri, schedule to be determined.

Minimum Qualifications:
B.A. degree or 5 years of experience in a mental health-related field.
Understanding of developmental milestones.
Ability to assess, organize, and triage work.
Knowledge of behavioral treatment approaches.
Cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families.
Clean driving record and CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days.
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with coaching, training, or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Fluency in community languages.
Experience with individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities.
