Recruitment Coordinator

to join our dynamic Shared Services, HR team. As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a central role in making recruitment seamless, professional, and positive for everyone involved. From supporting hiring managers, to guiding candidates through the process, you’ll help deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and contribute to high standards across all stages of hiring. Coordinating the full recruitment and selection process, from job advert to offer stage, ensuring a first-class candidate experience Supporting hiring managers with sourcing strategies and guiding them through the recruitment framework Creating engaging, tailored job adverts and posting them across a variety of online platforms Screening applications, managing candidate communications, and coordinating shortlisting with hiring teams Organising and supporting interview processes, including preparing interview packs and attending interviews as a note taker when required Managing candidate data and recruitment trackers with accuracy and attention to detail Preparing and issuing job offers and employment contracts, and supporting pre-employment checks Collaborating closely with the wider HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and a consistent experience for new starters Contributing ideas and feedback to help us continually improve how we attract, select, and welcome great people Ensure every stage of the recruitment process aligns with GDPR requirements and Company policies. What we are looking for

We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Strong administration and coordination capabilities, with close attention to detail Good working knowledge of recruitment best practice and relevant HR legislation Awareness of and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in recruitment Proven experience coordinating recruitment for multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting hiring managers with sourcing strategies and selection processes Skilled in candidate screening and managing interview scheduling Confident using applicant tracking systems or structured recruitment processes Demonstrated ability to use job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms effectively Experience providing feedback and contributing to improvements in recruitment practices Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Location: Hooton, Cheshire Competitive salary to be discussed at interview Hours of work: the role requires a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week, to be worked across Monday to Friday Contract type: permanent.
