Urban Renaissance Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities to support The Company’s real estate investment and development activities. In this capacity, the individual’s primary responsibilities will be to collaborate with the Investments team to underwrite, perform complex financial modeling and manage all aspects of the pursuit of new investment and existing and development opportunities in Seattle, Portland and Denver. The candidate will assist in Asset Management activities including lease analysis, budget review, and cash flow forecasting. This role will have exposure to capital partner, lender and broker relationships, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. This person will work closely with team members from various groups within the organization. Responsibilities

Support the Investments team on pursuit of new investment opportunities in select markets Underwrite new investments, including property cash flow modeling, debt financing and joint venture structuring (static pro forma’s, IRRs, NPVs, sensitivity tables, promote waterfalls, etc.) Assist Investment Team in the due diligence process on potential new investments, dispositions and recapitalizations Underwrite existing investments for Asset Management analyses, including cash flow forecasting, lease analysis, and budget reviews Develop and maintain financial models Perform and effectively analyze in-depth market research Maintain internal databases including acquisitions, market research, partners and lease comps Prepare lease analysis and supporting materials for Investment Committee and Board of Directors meetings Assist in the preparation of formal Investment Committee memorandums and presentations describing potential new investments, recapitalizations and dispositions Support the creation and execution of business plans for investments Skills + Abilities

Excellent analytical abilities / quantitative skills Effective communication and business writing skills Ability to work beyond the typical 40-hour work week with occasional weekends including travel Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Argus Enterprise a plus Minimum Qualifications
