Job Overview – Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000/year + bonusLocation: Camden County, NJSchedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Oversee enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis with our client in Camden County, NJ. In this hybrid leadership role, you’ll manage an FP&A team and lead financial modeling, performance reporting, and M&A integration. Ideal for candidates with healthcare, private equity, or multi-site experience, using tools like Excel, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite to drive high-impact decisions. Responsibilities as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across departments and service lines. Modeling & Strategic Analysis:

Build financial models to support scenario planning, investments, and profitability reviews. Performance Monitoring:

Drive monthly reviews, KPI tracking, variance reporting, and actionable insights with business leaders. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Analytics, IT, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. M&A and Board Support:

Support integration efforts, track synergies, and contribute to senior leadership and Board materials. Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, promoting process improvements and finance best practices. Qualifications for the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Experience: 6-8 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in healthcare, private equity-backed environments, or multi-site service organizations. Technical Skills: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, Planful, NetSuite, and related financial systems. Industry Knowledge:

Strong background in FP&A for healthcare services, with exposure to PMO, operational support, and M&A integration preferred. Skills & Attributes: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights for non-financial audiences and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
