Role: Scrum Master
Location: Short Hills, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description: Manage the scrum process by coordinating with the Scrum Team as well as with the other Scrum Masters and be flexible to participate in-person onsite scrum events (minimum 3 days per week).Be detailed, oriented and organized to keep the squad on track with deliverables at the same time be able to foresee upcoming risks, impediments that could impact delivery and help the squad navigate through it. Able to adapt Agile practices with Customers Ways of Working, especially with GXP validated systems. Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) to ensure they are productive and time boxed. Help the team to reach consensus during discussions and facilitate decision-making. Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and help the team embrace a mindset of learning, collaboration and experimentation. Track the teams progress and performance through metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) and ensure transparency in reporting. Manage the product backlog and refine user stories. Create useful, reliable and practical plans for the project and perform capacity planning. Coach team members on Agile practices and help them grow in their roles. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating Sprint Retrospectives and help the team to identify areas for improvement.
