: FULL-TIME POSITION: EIGHT (8) HOURS PER DAY; TWELVE (12) MONTHS PER YEAR. BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the designated administrator, plans and directs the implementation of the District's bond program, construction projects, and contingencies. Provides management oversight, in collaboration with school sites, for technical input and coordination between the District management and staff, vendors, contractors, and school sites for the successful implementation of multiple projects from inception to completion.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Master's degree is highly desirable, as well as experience in a school district, municipality, or other public agency. Five (5) years of leadership experience in the public or private sector, performing a variety of professional-level duties in budget preparation, administration, and project management in construction or a related field. Any other combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates that the applicant is likely to possess the required skills, knowledge, or abilities may be considered. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Health Benefits : For positions 20 hours or more per week the following benefits are provided by the District for classified employees: Health, Vision, Dental, and PERS (retirement).
Paid Sick Leave : Every regular classified employee, probationary or permanent, can earn paid sick leave credit(s) based on one day for each month in which such employees are in a paid status with the District. Earned, but unused sick leave can accumulate without limit. Full-time classified employees (those who work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, and 12 months per year) will normally earn twelve (12) days of sick leave credit(s) during each fiscal year.
