Description • Provide system administration including business process configuration, reporting development, and data management. • Partner with team members, IT, business partners, vendors, and leaders to meet technology needs. • Focus on modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting. • Support configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting of business processes. • Perform administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting. • Review workflows to ensure system features are fully utilized and identify improvements. • Maintain accurate change management documentation.
Key Responsibilities • Configure complex business processes with a focus on Payroll. • Support pre- and post-launch activities including end-user support and change management. • Mass load information and test integration inputs and outputs. • Create reports and use them for auditing configuration changes. • Document technology specifications for current and future configurations. • Act as domain support for feature releases and issue resolution. • Foster ongoing relationships and engage in community collaboration.
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. • 3 years of experience in HCM systems. • Strong understanding of multiple modules including Core HCM, Compensation, and Payroll. • Experience with integrations preferred. • Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems. • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations clearly.
