The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.

Job Description

Support, optimization, and further development of the IT systems used in the department (primarily SAP/MES), as well as advising affiliated units on related topics. Development of seamless and highly integrated IT processes to holistically improve business workflows while ensuring cross-plant standardization Support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT applications used within the respective department (primarily SAP/MES, RPA, etc.) Independent resolution of system issues or creation and routing of IT tickets to higher-level support units (local / BU / global IT) Analysis of end-to-end business processes and identification of optimization opportunities through SAP and other IT solutions (e.g., Industry 4.0 applications) Close collaboration with departments and internal and external stakeholders in the design and implementation of best practice IT processes Independent execution of required system adjustments (customizing) during productive operations, considering cross-plant synergies and compliance with documentation requirements of the medical industry Independent planning and delivery of training sessions and workshops for employees, as well as user support to maximize the use and efficiency of IT systems Active support for migrations (including the transfer of existing datasets) and validation of related concepts and processes in the test system Independent creation of process documentation, validation documents, reports, and analyses to ensure sustainable documentation of IT standards Regular exchange with Key Users at all MDS sites with the goal of implementing standardized and cross-plant IT solutions Qualifications

Knowledge typically acquired through a 3-year vocational training program, e.g., as an IT specialist or equivalent, and expanded through at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in IT administration / IT service. This position requires advanced specialized knowledge in ERP administration (Key User level)
