4 Months Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fulfillment Operations Associate to support inventory, receiving, and warehouse activities at Kent, WA facility. This role requires hands-on experience in fulfillment center operations, including shipment receiving, inventory control, data entry, and adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, ability to interpret BOMs/drawings, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced, aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, document, and store incoming shipments Perform inventory counts and updates using inventory management tools Operate material handling equipment to move parts/materials Conduct quality checks per SOPs and ensure packaging and labeling accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend daily tier meetings Escalate issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: 2+ years of fulfillment/inventory/receiving experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Experience reading BOMs, drawings, and specs for inventory planning Strong data entry and communication skills U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required Preferred: Experience in aerospace/defense warehousing Certification in Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS
