Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist)

Metronome is hiring an Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist) to support a CENTCOM mission team from NGA St. Louis. In this embedded role, you'll collaborate with analysts to automate GEOINT collection workflows and improve operational efficiencies across geospatial intelligence domains. As a mid-level professional, the ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while also contributing to team efforts and mission execution. Candidates should be comfortable leading discrete tasks or small workstreams, producing high-quality, tradecraft-aligned work products, and providing occasional mentorship to junior staff. The position also requires close collaboration with Government and mission stakeholders, offering accurate technical input that enhances collective analysis and mission impact. Key Responsibilities: Provide automation and collection support embedded in analysis teams Develop geospatial tools and scripts for mission use Collaborate with NGA Washington-based teams to align technology integration Leverage JEMA and other systems to optimize GEOINT processes Required Skills: Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph Strong Python skills Experience with JEMA Must be onsite in St. Louis (limited remote work) Preferred Skills: Experience with multiple intelligence types (SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT) Proficiency in Brewlytics, ArcPro, and other geospatial data tools Programming experience with R, SQL, HTML, JavaScript Background in geospatial data analysis Experience providing embedded support within analytic teams Familiarity with NGA/NRO collection systems Ability to work collaboratively across dispersed teams and locations About Metronome, LLC: Metronome is a spark that ignites passion for our customers and each other.
