Workday Erp Developer
Senior Erp Developer with demonstrated Workday experience to join our client's dynamic team! This is a hybrid role 3 days a week on site in Richmond, VA. Seeking candidates who are local to the Richmond area. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our client's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, deployed as a Software as a Service (SaaS). You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing ERP functionalities, integrating third-party products, and supporting related interfaces and solutions. Additionally, the Erp Developer will support and maintain other SaaS solutions deployed on Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Essential tasks include: owning the technical components of the ERP application development lifecycle management, creating and maintaining complex integrations and interfaces between ERP and other applications, building and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with other systems, supporting and maintaining other SaaS solutions deployed on Azure and AWS cloud platforms, analyzing business needs and translating them into technical specifications, developing, testing and deploying changes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and design solutions, overseeing and managing ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality, providing technical support for troubleshooting issues, conducting monthly data backups, refreshing lower environments, and monitoring production jobs for ERP solutions, creating custom extensions, modifications, and integrations with ERP solutions, including data manipulation, workflows, and user interfaces, performing data mapping to ensure data consistency and format compatibility between the ERP and integrated systems, developing advanced, custom, and matrix reports using the ERP solution Report Writer, designing solutions that consider performance, scalability, and maintainability, and creating technical documentation to guide development, planning and performing unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and resolve issues, maintaining and supporting ERP non-production environments, performing required maintenance activities related to ERP solutions, components, and supporting services, performing platform upgrades to ERP solutions, staying up to date on the latest trends and technologies related to ERP solutions, and performing other assigned duties. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or a closely related field. Five (5) years in implementing and maintaining Workday modules, specifically Human Capital Management (HCM). Workday HCM or relevant Workday technical certification preferred.
