Support Coordinator . You'll be the connective tissue between teams, tickets, and timelines-keeping everything organized, everyone accountable, and every customer supported.
Your Mission:
Lead a critical part of our support operation, own the flow of information, and be the person who holds it all together-with clarity, heart, and style. You're the one who remembers the small things-and makes sure no one drops the ball. You follow up without being asked. You connect with people easily but never let process slip through the cracks. You probably have a color-coded calendar... and you love it.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing: Running our help desk platform with confidence-configuring workflows, rules, SLAs, and templates to keep things moving smoothly. Watching every support ticket from open to close-categorizing, assigning, tracking, and escalating with purpose. Being the go-to person who
knows what's going on , ensures tickets don't stall, and keeps communication flowing across departments. Generating and sharing performance reports so we always know how we're doing and where we can improve. Spot-checking support interactions for quality and consistency-because the little things matter. Leading cross-team support efforts when multiple people need to get involved-and making sure they stay on task. Qualifications
