Cleared Data Scientist
Noblis is seeking a Cleared Data Scientist with IC experience and ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Bethesda, MD and McLean, VA. The Data Scientist SME will be responsible for and not limited to: driving data science effectiveness, leading continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing predictive modeling capabilities, improving business intelligence, and optimizing analytics tool usage. This SETA role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. Required Qualifications: Experience possessing in-depth knowledge of data science toolkits, data analytics, and statistical analysis. Experience with standard data science languages (SQL, R, Python, Julia). Experience with data integration and data management fundamentals. Experience understanding customer needs and visualizing data effectively. Experience working with unstructured datasets. Experience with technical writing, ability to communicate complex data in simple, actionable ways. US Citizenship is required. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. Multiple levels can be accommodated. Compensation: $117,800 - $184,100 for Senior Level and $142,600 - $222,850 for Expert Level. Desired Qualifications: IC experience is highly desirable. Experience independently conducting analysis to offer recommendations. Experience establishing strong working relationships with program managers and organization leadership. Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team environment. Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines, methodologies, and the intelligence cycle.
