Senior Manager, Value Evidence Strategy

Biogen is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Evidence Strategy, to help design and execute critical evidence generation activities for our innovative pipeline therapies. This individual will lead research studies directly supporting our market access objectives including real-world evidence, health economic modeling, systematic literature reviews and patient-reported outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Epidemiology) to translate evidence into compelling value narratives for both internal and external stakeholders. The role will report directly to the Head of Value Evidence Strategy within the broader Value & Access team. What You'll Do Conduct real-world evidence studies Lead development of health economic models Assist in selection of trial endpoints relevant to payers and patients Work on cross-functional teams focused on innovative solutions for evidence generation Translate evidence into credible and useful value narratives Who You Are You value a highly innovative and strategic environment where the goal is generating evidence that will matter for payer decision-making about novel therapies. Required Skills Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 5+ years pharmacoeconomic, outcomes research, and/or market access or relevant experience. Experience with real-world data sets (both feasibility and protocol design and execution) Strategic mindset and technical expertise are critical Knowledge of patient-reported outcomes and their use in both regulatory and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) settings Ability to translate evidence for dissemination and value narrative purposes (e.g. strong writing skills) Preferred Skills Previous experience in immunology Additional Information The base compensation range for this role is: $145,000.00-$194,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
