Project Manager
Provide support for projects, conveying build requirement considerations on behalf of HIM and across the Revenue Cycle Spectrum (Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, and Hospital/Professional Billing). Perform workflow analysis, work queue routing rules, use of billing indicators and system actions. Troubleshoot combine/uncombine logic scenarios impacting interfaces and work with vendors to support Solventum (aka 3MHIS) Encoder, Iodine, and Hyland OnBase. Create workflow documentation, present decision points to operations, and collaborate between IT Teams and Operational Service-lines. Perform both maintenance and build support, addressing incidents, requests, and project tasks as assigned.
