Integrated EHR and PM software (Nextech) across 90 clinics and 7 ASCs. Multiple ongoing Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials across the platform. Effective guidance on referral relationship development and practice building. Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.). Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
