Great Glaucoma/Cataract Surgeon Opportunity Near Washington DC!
Rockville, Maryland, United States Physician - Ophthalmology Suburban D.C., Full-time ophthalmologist position with Central Maryland Eye Associates in the DMV (Rockville, Frederick, and Silver Springs, MD) for fellowship trained glaucoma specialist, or comprehensive cataract surgeon. Degree Required MD/DO with ACGME Residency / Glaucoma Fellowship - Preferred Not Required Position Type Full-Time Work Environment Clinic / Private Practice Organization Physician Led with over 180 Providers Visa Sponsorship No As part of a nationally recognized vertically integrated network, our subspeciality ophthalmic practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. We have the best of academia mixed with the best of private practice. Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th %ile compensation. Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.). Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
