We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, and positive individual with a background in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills.

Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply , as this role often involves communicating with a diverse customer base across the country. The right candidate will provide excellent and knowledgeable service as the First Point of Contact (FPOC), handling data entry, sample requests, and email/telephone inquiries from customers and sales professionals. Our office is located in Butler, just minutes from Milwaukee.

WHAT WOULD MY DAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE? Work as a Receptionist to check in occasional visitors to the office, notify their contacts, and other duties associated with the role. Work with other scheduled team members to answer and route phone calls received through the telephone switchboard. Processes sample requests accurately and quickly in multiple systems while communicating with stakeholders on a continuous basis. Works cohesively and consults with sales, office, and operations team members within the organization to process orders efficiently and accurately. Create miscellaneous reports on an as needed basis. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required; post-Secondary Education preferred. Strong interest in customer service or inside sales function. Proven strong computer skills especially with ERP systems; desire strong Microsoft Office suite skills with typing skills of 40-50 wpm. (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Proven listening and strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate requests and actions in a concise, clear, and timely manner. Demonstrated ability to learn and retain various product, quote, order, and manufacturing information/processes. Demonstrated ability to function independently and make informed/sound decisions apart from direct supervision after training in a team-based environment. MUST

be Bilingual

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous call center/customer support experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of the various capabilities of both envelope and label machines. 5+ years' previous experience strongly preferred. Understanding of the basic principles of printing, papers and postal specifications.
