Provide technical leadership in designing and developing new software and web applications using Python; develop Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices using languages and tools including Java, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and GraphQL; develop systems monitoring solutions using MySQL database and monitoring tools including AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana; develop IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services in cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); process data using Apache Spark; use TypeScript in Angular platform; drive issues through closure by engaging all appropriate resources; support technical bridges and provide troubleshooting direction; provide guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, build software architectures, and develop high-quality solutions; implement and optimize technologies to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability; ensure projects are fully integrated into the operations environment including lifecycle problem management; create data and metric systems to track operational workflows; maintain records of results and feedback; analyze data and metrics, identify problem areas and provide actionable insight to management; provide input to engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements; report performance related to operations and project status to management; identify and recommend areas requiring change or modification; perform complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering; and identify and isolate issues, as well as ensure that all maintenance is properly validated to minimize subscriber impact. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy. Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience processing data using Apache Spark; of which three (3) years include developing systems monitoring solutions using MySQL database and monitoring tools including AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana; developing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services in cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); using TypeScript in Angular platform; of which one (1) year includes developing software using Python; and developing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices using languages and tools including Java, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and GraphQL.
