Events Assistant
Comvox CO is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and client-facing events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about events, highly organized, and eager to contribute to impactful experiences that reflect the Comvox CO standard of excellence. Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing corporate and promotional events from concept to completion Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, materials, and equipment Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations Manage event calendars and timelines Support the Events Manager with administrative and onsite duties Prepare and distribute event materials (agendas, signage, attendee lists, etc.) Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional items Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in event planning or support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools Benefits
