Regional Communications Senior Specialist

The key responsibilities of the role include: Manage execution of regional client communications including organizational updates and crisis communications in coordination with leadership and marketing stakeholders. Write, proofread and edit a wide variety of communications, including strategic messaging, marketing collateral, event materials, social media content, presentations, letters, FAQs, and talking points. In partnership with regional leadership, develop internal messaging, communication strategy/plan, and localize national initiatives and campaigns. Support regional internal communication events through partnership and collaboration with other teams across marketing. Support content development for a variety of internal and external meetings, including leadership meetings, strategic internal meetings, and marketing events. Lead the creation of highly engaging materials for various audiences that effectively capture the voice of senior leadership as well as brand messaging. Serve as an internal communications consultant to the business and partners. Collaborate with marketing and creative services on design layout and graphic support and branding, ensuring consistency in design and messaging. Measure effectiveness of communication efforts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with partners to brainstorm, plan and accomplish deliverables efficiently. Skills/Qualifications: 510 years of experience in Communications strategy development, planning, PR/social media, events, multimedia, editorial Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling and style Eye for design, layout and formatting Experience innovating with new types of content and multimedia Ability to produce digital content in various forms across various channels Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally and works well under pressure Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities Degree in Communications, English, Marketing or similar In-depth industry knowledge is preferred Working Model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid) We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.
