Workday Integration Architect
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to join our team. The Workday Integration Architect will perform technical activities in Workday supporting various modules in the system. This role optimizes HSHS' business processes and ensures seamless data integration for the Human Resources (HR) department and end users. The Workday Integration Architect researches, designs, documents, maintains and develops new business processes, new functionalities & reports with an emphasis on the user experience and system standards. Position Specifics: Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY. Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field is required. High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Experience Qualifications: 5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software support and performing system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications is required. Experience with data integrations, application roadmaps and/or technical and workflow architecture is required. Workday experience is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations: N/A HSHS requires COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption for all colleagues.
