We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a fast-growing data privacy and AI company. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a visionary founder, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll play a critical role in maximizing the CEO's efficiency, helping drive the company's mission forward in one of the most dynamic areas of tech. Office Location: Falls Church, VA Start Date: Immediate start What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to the Founder/CEO Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel Handle confidential information with discretion Prepare meeting materials and reminders of deadlines and deliverables Support the CEO's errands What You Bring
0-3 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level tech executives is preferred Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High degree of professionalism and confidentiality A bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution is preferred Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 times per week Ability to travel domestically (occasionally) Key Success Drivers
