Position Details: Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time considered) Caseload: K12th grade, based on experience and school need Setting: Onsite preferred; hybrid model may be available (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Location: Must be commutable to Pasco, WA Qualifications: Masters degree in speech-language pathology or communication sciences and disorders Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain) ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply ESA certificate (active or in process) Eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available) What Youll Do: Deliver therapy services to students across K12th grade Develop and implement compliant IEPs based on student needs Conduct evaluations for speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders Document services, progress notes, and evaluation results accurately Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success Stay up to date on IDEA guidelines and speech-language best practices Why Phaxis Education?
