The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location. Salary range: $103,939.00 to $129,924.00 Location: Portland, Oregon Job Summary

This position is part of the PPM Wind Power Asset Management Group. PPM Wind Power relies on revenues from its portfolio of operating wind plants and related contracts to provide the expected return on capital investment in the business, and Asset Management ensures that the financial goals of our portfolio of wind assets and contracts are met and performance is optimized. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Asset oversight and P&L responsibility for a subset of PPM Wind Powers assets and contracts including operating plants, power purchase agreements and sales contracts. Asset oversight encompasses maintaining compliance with all permits, laws, and ordinances and working closely with PPM Wind Power#s activities in origination, development, engineering, construction, operations & maintenance and energy management.# all toward the end goal of protecting and enhancing value as well as ensuring compliance. As a member of the Asset Management Group, responsibilities include: Participate on projects from the development stage through completion of on-budget, on time operations, working with development, structuring and construction to ensure the project meets the board approved value. Monitor the performance of assigned assets within the wind portfolio; working with the Operation and Maintenance team, Accounting and Finance, and Risk and Trading groups. With appropriate support, analyze and report on gaps between actual and budgeted values for generation, wind speed, turbine and plant availability, revenue, costs and actualized value. Work with finance, operations and meteorology to ensure accurate reporting to PPM and Iberdrola management. Review and refine detailed budgets to maximize return on invested capital. Understand technical issues related to the turbines or balanceof- plant equipment and, where necessary, provide feedback to the appropriate group within PPM for follow-up. Work with regulatory agencies and establish close ties with local officials and local community. Work with customers and key stakeholders to ensure contracts and expectations are met. Review and respond to required permitting and other legal or regulatory issues. Review and monitor all contractual agreements for compliance with critical reporting and other requirements. Ensures all relevant internal controls are followed and develops new controls as needed. Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years of successful U.S. energy industry experience in any of the following areas: Asset Management, Development, Origination, Construction, Trading or Finance. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the ability to articulate issues and subject matter to process owners while being a team player. Excellent project management skills coupled with organization, flexibility, and strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritize competing initiatives. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook Preferred Qualifications
